Have used the company for years and been very satisfied. However we left our car with them on 04 July 2021 only to be informed on the day of our flight back that they had lost our car keys. On our return we were told that we would have to wait 60 days before their insurance company would pay out. The 60 days is now over, have heard nothing from the insurance company, customer service work very limited hours and today, being Friday, they are off, so will have to wait until Monday at 11:00 before being able to talk to anybody in authority. Non existent back up for the team at the airport, if you use them, just hope there are no problems as youll have a long wait for satisfaction.
